Trevi’s Fountain Dimora Barberini – Rome, Italy

This articulate bedroom, featuring original wooden ceilings and brick walls that originated in the 1700’s, is a real hidden gem. Beaming with history, you will be within walking distance from some of Italy’s most famous landmarks, such as the Colosseum, Trevi’s Fountain, and Barberini Square. Accented with the most eloquent of decor and satin white bedding, this humble abode definitely has an authentic Italian feel to it. I couldn’t think of a more perfect place to take your significant other while on a romantic excursion in Rome. Love nest for two, please.

The Gatehouse to Ayton Castle – Eyemouth, United Kingdom

Who hasn’t at some point in their life dreamed about spending the night in an intricate castle? While the majority of us may not have been lucky enough to have been born into royal families, it is now possible for us to spend the night in a real-life, immaculate fortress. The bedroom sits directly above the arch, and is accessible by a spiral staircase (apparently they didn’t have elevators back in the 1700’s). The grounds offer phenomenal views – AND it’s dog friendly.

This gorgeous little houseboat is situated directly across the river from the Eiffel Tower—and the views are nothing short of breathtaking! While the space is a bit on the smaller side (645 sq. feet), the fact that you are mere blocks from one of Paris’s most iconic landmarks makes up for it. According to the reviews, your host will even have coffee and breakfast prepared for you upon arrival. Swoon!

Los Robles – Savannah, GA

Savannah is one of my absolute favorite destinations. From it’s incredible charm to all of the gourmet cuisine the city has to offer, it’s impossible to have a bad time here. Los Robles is located about 7 blocks from Forsyth Park and within walking distance from many of the wonderful restaurants, shops, and bars that Savannah has to offer. The interior is just as delightful as the outside of the home, and the first floor features a spa, offering massage therapy and body scrubs for those long, tiring days.

The treehouse in Georgia is definitely on the top of my list — it’s unfortunate that it’s booked all the way through next year!!

OMG! So many wonderful options! My mom lives in ATL, so I’m going to see when they are next available and just go. I’ve always wanted to be in a treehouse!
